STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. pair, via bluetooth, a laptop running Plasma and an Android phone 
2. open Wi-Fi & Networking KCM
3. select the Android phone

OBSERVED RESULT
A notification says "Connection didn't have requested setting 'gsm'" when selecting a bluetooth device.

no notification
