Created attachment 183526 [details] screenshot with steps to reproduce SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Krename from the Application Launcher. Krename opens. 2. Click Add. The file selection window opens. 3. Open a folder containing several other folders to be renamed. This is on a storage hdd mounted under /mnt, not in the home partition. 4. Select several folder names and check the Add folder names only option. OBSERVED RESULT The Open button should be active, and clicking it should add the selected folder names to the rename list. However, it is greyed out and clicking it anyway does nothing. EXPECTED RESULT The Open button should be active after the selection, and clicking it should add the folder names to the rename list. The files and folders selection window should close. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Krename Version 5.0.60 Operating System: TUXEDO OS KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0 Qt Version: 6.8.2 Kernel Version: 6.11.0-120029-tuxedo (64-bit) Graphics Platform: Wayland Processors: 24 × AMD Ryzen 9 7900X 12-Core Processor Memory: 33.3 GB of RAM Graphics Processor: AMD Radeon RX 6750 XT Product Name: X670E PG Lightning ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I managed to find a workaround: select the folder containing the folders to be renamed, check the Add folder names only, and the Open button is active. Clicking it adds the names of all the folders to the rename list, and you have to then eliminate the folder names that should not be renamed. This works for a small number of folders, but is impractical when there are many folders to be renamed. Besides, it used to work correctly.
