SUMMARY New color theme doesn't appear in the KCM's list upon clicking "Save As...". STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Edit color theme "Breeze Classic". 2. Make changes to the colors. 3. Click "Save As..." and enter name for the new color theme, e.g. "my". 4. Close the color theme editing dialog. OBSERVED RESULT The new color theme "my" isn't listed in the KCM, I cannot select it. Workaround: Restast the KCM, select the color theme "my" and click Apply. EXPECTED RESULT The new color theme "my" should be listed in the KCM. Thank you for the bug report! However Plasma 6.3.4 no longer receives updates or maintenance from KDE; active versions are 6.4 or newer. Please upgrade to an active version as soon as your distribution makes it available to you. Plasma is a fast-moving project, and bugs in one version are often fixed in the next one. If you need help with Plasma 6.3.4, please contact your distribution, who bears the responsibility of providing help for older releases that are no longer receiving updates from KDE. If you can reproduce the issue after upgrading to an active version, feel free to re-open this bug report.

Ah, this was fixed a little while ago. I can confirm it's working with those steps on current git master.
