STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Krunner

OBSERVED RESULT
Configure Krunner... button is on the left side while all other widgets have it on the right next to the pin button

EXPECTED RESULT
Look at the uploaded image

krunner: re-organize buttons to be consistent with other widgets

KRunner's UI should be more consistent with UI in other widgets.
