SUMMARY
When "Round bottom corners" is enabled, a window's bottom corners' resize drag area is not modified to match the changed corners. The top corners' resize drag area matches the rounding that exists there, and the bottom corners should be the same when rounded.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Toggle "Round bottom corners"
2. Appreciate the area of effect for a window's corners' resize drag area (top and bottom)

OBSERVED RESULT
Drag area is unchanged.

EXPECTED RESULT
The drag area of the bottom corners should match the top corners.
