For me this is a bug. if I cannot search for and select my  applications, all the nice features of Plasma almost are  worthless. ;-)

SUMMARY
Fonts in Application Launcher are much too small. I am not blind but wirth the high resolution oh my Noteboook I cannot read the name and the descriptions of the applications  installed on my system. I do not see an option to change the fonts or even scale the whole menue including the fonts.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Plasma
2. Lauch applications
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
I am unable to select my applications as I cannot read the text and the icons are muchtoo small

EXPECTED RESULT
Be able to select the correct application and start it

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Majaro Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

Resolution Integrated Monitor: 2560x1600

In general, if you have a high resolution screen, the appropriate approach is to use full-screen scaling, in System Settings > Display & Monitor.

On Wayland, a scale factor will be automatically set. Are you using the Wayland session or the X11 session?

That said, in your screenshot it looks like something strange is happening, with three of the widgets in the System Tray's expanded popup having larger font sizes compared to the others. Is that differing font size the issue you're reporting?

Here a screenshot of my current monitor/screen configuration:

Which setting to change to fullscreen? (By the way: Even changing the 
language in my opinion is not really easy. With M$ Windows this is a 
simple setting in the system tray)

Looks like you're using Wayland and have the scale set to 150%, and it also looks like you've manually changed the font size in System Settings > Text & Fonts.

Is that accurate?
