It seems to be a permission issue, and I don't know how to get around it. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Use kde-builder to build plasma-workspace: command: 'kde-builder workspace' 2. Wait for the build to proceed through dependencies. 3. Observe the build failure due to permission issues. OBSERVED RESULT Building plasma/libksysguard (workspace/libksysguard) (5/64) Fetching remote changes to libksysguard Merging libksysguard changes from branch master No changes to libksysguard source code, but proceeding to build anyway. Compiling... succeeded (after 2 seconds) Installing libksysguard failed (after 2 seconds) Unable to install libksysguard! libksysguard didn't build, stopping here.
