STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Press slowly or hold the delete button. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Gwenview delete images when Delete is pressed AND when released (two images), or when Deleted is held (many images).

EXPECTED RESULT
Gwenview should only delete and image if it receives the press+release of the Delete button, to avoid accidental deletions.

Reproduced. By the way, while doing that, I also crashed Gwenview entirely.
