Size when it's opened.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have Haruna in a language other than english (in my case Brazilian Portuguese).
2. Open the Settings window.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Settings window is cutting some words.

EXPECTED RESULT
The window should be properly sized for languages other than english.
