SUMMARY

Artix Linux had to remove the package recently as it will not work without systemd. Please add back support for it, so non systemd users could report issues better. Not adding it back means worse support of non systemd distros for the entire KDE suite.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a non systemd distro
2. Try to use drkonqi
