SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. set your preferred weather location 2. logout/reboot 3. Start the computer/login to the desktop in the usual way OBSERVED RESULT Weather widget is empty and complains it cannot get info for the location (previously configured). Unable to update the current location. changing to any other location will work. then you can change back to your original chosen location and it will get the weather report just fine. EXPECTED RESULT Displays the weather for the selected location without a bunch of hoops to go through SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 42 KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.3 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.16.0 Qt Version: 6.9.1 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION not sure exactly when this started, but it never used to be a problem
What location this is? Also which provider do you use? Does the problem also occur on other providers?

the location I normally have set is Kapuskasing, ON. there are 2 providers, NOAA and environment Canada. For testing etc, I switch to Timmins ON which is nearby-ish
And does it find weather data for that location?
