SUMMARY
In Render Project, when overwriting an existing file, the modification date is not updated

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Render a project to MP4
2. Observe modified date of the just written MP4
3. Make a change then re-render the project to the same file name

OBSERVED RESULT
The modified date of the just written MP4 is the same as it was in step 2, above

EXPECTED RESULT
The modified date is updated to when the MP4 was rendered

Windows: Windows 10 version 22H2

The download section on the website says 25.04.3 is the latest version. This form says 25.04.4

Additional information: The modified date/time on the MP4 file is the time it was created, not when the writing was finished.
(I noticed this because I just did a long enough render to make the time difference obvious)
