SUMMARY
E.g. when playing movie or gaming, the screen is turned off after inactivity.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play movie in fullscreen
2. Don't touch mouse or keyboard for a while

OBSERVED RESULT
Screen turned off, you have to move your mouse from time to time to prevent it when playing movie.

EXPECTED RESULT
Screen not turned off.

It's up to the app to inhibit power management. Please report this to the misbehaving app.
