SUMMARY
Desktop effects failure on some virtual desktops.
This is the third plasma release in a row that I've seen this bug.
At a random moment, desktop effects (animation, blur, overview, etc.) disappear on some virtual desktops.
If I delete that virtual desktop with failure and recreate it, the effects come back on it.

OBSERVED RESULT
At a random moment, desktop effects (animation, blur, overview, etc.) disappear on some virtual desktops.

EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop effects keep running

Thanks for the bug report. What would be really helpful for us to help figure out what's causing the effects to stop working is to see the configuration file when the bug is happening. When the bug happens, can you attach this file to this report:

~/.config/kwinrc
