Bug demonstration in KWrite and Kitty

SUMMARY
After quickly pressing Ctrl+Shift+V and then Enter multiple times in a row, sometimes one of the pressed keys will "stick". This is system-wide.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any program (with a text field to have visual indication when the bug occurs).
2. Repeatedly press Ctrl+Shift+V and then Enter.
3. Observe the effect.

I'm not able to reproduce this in Plasma 6.4.3 or git-master
Given that this is a race condition, I'll leave it open so others can try to reproduce

Thanks for testing. I have updated to Plasma 6.4.3 and also tried with another keyboard. Still can reproduce.

Also, Ctrl+Shift+V+Enter are pressed almost at the same time, so the easiest way to reproduce is to just press all of them at the same time a bunch of times (I have no idea why I haven't worded it that way in original report).

I can't reproduce the issue in KWrite with current git master either.

Can you reproduce the same issue with your hardware and a new clean user account?
