Screenshot of current behavior

When I delete a big file, especially from a slower usb stick, right now I get a notification that just says that the files is being deleted, but I don't see a loading bar telling me how fast it's deleting the file, and at what point it is in the deletion of the file, and so I'm left wondering and not knowing those informations.

So I'm requesting either the same graph that has been introduced in KDE 6.4, that appears when you are moving a file, or a simpler line of text that tells me how fast it's deleting the file and at what point it is, that goes from 0% to 100% when the file has been deleted

I've added a screenshot of what it looks right now

Thanks for the feature request. I just checked on git-master, and it looks like the UI has been updated and may do what you want.
When I copy a large file like an ISO, the Copying notification has a progress bar, and an estimated time remaining. I'm attaching a screenshot of what it looks like.

Will this address your use case?

I'm not sure if that's it.
In the first comment I made, I said that when I deleted a file (by moving it in the trash folder), and I was doing it from a slower USB stick, there were no graph, and no percentage of the progress of the deletion, so I didn't know how long it took for the file to be deleted, it just says that it's moving it to trash, and nothing else, and my feature request was about adding the same graph and percentage info that appears when I copy a file, in that same dialog that tells me that it's moving a file to trash, you can see from the screenshot that I've attached that the notification just says that it's moving the file to trash, and it doesn't display the cool graph that has been added in KDE Plasma 6.4.

Thanks for clarifying. I confirmed in git-master as well that the Delete notification doesn't include the details of the move to trash operation. Since it's been implemented for copy and move generally, this shouldn't be too difficult to also implement for moving a file to Trash.

Hopefully it can be done, I think it would be an useful feature for everyone, not just for me! Thanks in advance, and thank you for taking the time to read the various feature requests, as always I keep getting reminded that you guys at KDE are the best when it comes to interacting with the community! I will keep donating to you because you guys deserve it, you do a very good job!
