SUMMARY
Cannot bind num-

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try to set keyboard shortcut with num-

OBSERVED RESULT
Shows up as Num+-, Num+ ...
Cannot hit apply

EXPECTED RESULT
Num- and be able to apply, it was working as of 6.3.x

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Nobara Linux 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.2
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
One single time i was able to get it to read properly as num-, i have no idea what made it work

Does the same thing happen for the keyboard shortccut choosers in widget configuration dialogs?

Yes, just tested
