What I am seeing

SUMMARY
Thumbnails are not populating in KDE whether its in dolphin or wallpapers for system settings

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin or System settings and go to wallpapers
2. Images are just generic green icons

OBSERVED RESULT
No previews

EXPECTED RESULT
See previews

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: 
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.4
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've installed all the thumbnailers:
kdegraphics-thumbnailers
kdesdk-thumbnailers
ffmpegthumbnailer
dolphin-plugins

And still nothing, I have pressed F12 and that doesnt work either

version 24.12.3 seems to work but any other version breaks the preview for thumbnailes ..... 7 months and no fix? seriously?
