SUMMARY
As mentioned in [this TWIP](https://pointieststick.com/2024/02/09/this-week-in-kde-inching-closer/), active screen should be determined by the cursor; but instead the active window is the one which contains last interacted window.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set-up multi-monitor setup
2. Click window on 1st monitor
3. Move cursor to 2nd monitor
4. Open a new app (via e.g. Application Launcher)

OBSERVED RESULT
App opens on 1st monitor, where the previously interacted window is

EXPECTED RESULT
App opens on 2nd monitor, where the mouse cursor is present
