SUMMARY
This part of the template is redundant because users are obligated to fill a summary.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a bug
2. Fill: * Summary
3. Fill: SUMMARY

OBSERVED RESULT
Redundant redundancy.

EXPECTED RESULT
"SUMMARY" should not exist because "* Summary" exists and it is obligatory.
