SUMMARY
Clipboard sync doesn't work from phone to Computer

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect KDE on phone and PC
2. Turn on clipboard sync
3. Copy something on phone
4. Try to paste it on PC

OBSERVED RESULT
If something is copied on phone it has to be manually transferred to the PC via "Send clipboard"-Quicksettings tile or In-App button otherwise it won't be able to paste it via PC. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Auto sync of clipboard from Phone to PC

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Linux Mint Cinnamon 22.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.115.0
Qt Version: 5.15.13 (built against 5.15.13)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
It also doesn't work on windows devices
