reproductible bug:
I have several messages in a folder.
I select the first and the third (click on the first and crtl-click on the third)
I move them to another folder (from imap to local Trash, but not important).
Message are deleted from the first folder, and moved in the trash. 
But after the automatic refresh of my list of messages, two new messages are selected: the first and the second!

Most likely this is just another symptom of a bug in the Qt libraries which has 
already been fixed in the meantime. Please update to Qt 3.1.0 as soon as possible 
and then report back.

qt3.1 is already used.

bug can be reproduced too, when a lot of emails are in the inbox of a imap 
folder:
Select all messages, and apply filter.
the selection goes on the last message, and during filtering, 2 ou 3 messages 
are selected.
