I can confirm on my ASUS laptop on Plasma 6.4.2 / KDE Frameworks 6.15.0 using Arch linux so it's not related only with the Neon distro.

I also tried downgrading networkmanager and kernel which didn't fix the issue, but didn't try to test more than that.

I'm not sure what caused the issue. Might not be Plasma, but I'll move it to Confirmed for now.

Aam, not really. My Wi-Fi is working fine most of the time. From what I've read, the MT7921E is an ASUS hardware issue related to the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth driver. Even when the Wi-Fi is working properly, I can't apply or reset changes in the Wi-Fi and Networking system settings.

I see, hmm, if it is a hardware issue related to the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth driver then KDE can't do anything about it, it's an upstream issue, but you can reopen it and let plasma devs decide that.

I resolved my issue by reinstalling the OS.

Had to wait a couple weeks and next updates solved it.
