SUMMARY
Gwenview lacks controls for animated .gif

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open an animated .gif
2. Try to speed up or slow down, or go frame-by-frame

OBSERVED RESULT
Not possible.

EXPECTED RESULT
It's should have proper video controls when playing .gif files.
