Description monorail_unadorned989 2025-07-07 18:09:36 UTC
SUMMARY
Can't drag, resize, etc windows using the modifier key with a tablet, like with a mouse

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hold the modifier key (usually Alt or Super)
2. Drag the window using left mouse button, resize using right mouse button
3. Try the same thing using a graphics tablet

OBSERVED RESULT
The clicks are passed as if the modifier key isn't being held

EXPECTED RESULT
The modifier key should modify the actions a pen does, as it already happens using a mouse

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.15.4-200.fc42.x86_64/6.4.1
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
If you remap the pen buttons in System settings to be "Middle mouse button" and "Right mouse button" they start working as they should, but you can't remap the action for drawing to left mouse button (and you wouldn't want to because you'd lose pressure sensitivity) so you can trigger Modifier+RMB or Modifier+MMB actions with these settings but not Modifier+LMB
