SUMMARY
the banner informing the user that this file has a form reappears when saving even though it has been manually closed before saving

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf file which contains a form
2. make form fields visible (either through the button on the banner or by clicking View -> Show Forms)
3. close the banner
4. edit the form
5. save the file

OBSERVED RESULT
Banner is visible again notifying the user that this document has forms

EXPECTED RESULT
Banner stays invisible
