This doesn't happen on every filename but you'll find it happening more on files/folders having multiple-line names.

Not sure when I started seeing it, it was present in the 25.02 release too, now just checked again in 25.03, maybe related to plasma 6.4?

With 25.08's rounded selections this isn't an issue anymore, closing.
