STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 windows quick tiled side by side on the secondary screen and virtual desktop 1
2. Switch to the virtual desktop 2
3. Disconnect the secondary screen
4. Reconnect the secondary screen
5. Switch back to the virtual desktop 1

OBSERVED RESULT
Tiled windows stay on the primary screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tiled windows are moved back to the secondary screen.
