Can confirm. I also did not know those popups could be moved. Yeah, I'm not sure these popups were expected to be Meta+draggable. That might be the thing to fix here.

Thing is, the meta+draggability of these pop-ups is a solution to a problem I have with them. I originally (well, not me, someone on Discuss[1]) discovered this feature to solve the main problem I have with them: 3x2 items being displayed is much too small to be useful to me. I have a folder(my browser’s download folder) where every new file I encounter goes before I do anything with them, and in that folder I have a bunch of subfolders for short-term tasks (longer tasks have their own activity), and I tend to move around a bunch of files with Plasma while those short-term tasks are still ongoing, something that I find more comfortable doing directly within Plasma, rather than launching Dolphin. If the draggability were to be removed, I’d like the option to have more than a pitiful 3x2 grid of items to be displayed. [1] Here’s the thread, for the record.

If so, this is a duplicate of https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=508124 (or vice versa) However, I think it is maybe more of a feature than a bug. I have super+right click set up to resize them adn resizing them is a great feature. Only downside is a sublevel is spawned of again a smaller size and also in a position where I cannot reach it when I maximized the preview. Also, if they are not windows, how do I close them with a keyboard? Escape does not work, ALT+F4 is quite handy.
