Konsole error when updating.

Since June latest versions I have been getting Protocol error when doing sudo updatectl update. I tried reinstalling with the most recent build kde-linux_202507010255 but I'm still getting the same error.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Run sudo updatectl update

OBSERVED RESULT
host: X Protocol Error

EXPECTED RESULT
It should appear a new update.

This was https://invent.kde.org/kde-linux/kde-linux/-/issues/199; systemd changed the keyring out from under us!

You can upgrade with `sudo /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-sysupdate update --verify=FALSE`

I'm getting this message

[v127@kdelinux ~]$ sudo /usr/lib/systemd/systemd-sysupdate update --verify=FALSE
As of v257, transfer definitions should have the '.transfer' extension.

also forgot to mention that now I get "Invalid argument when running

This is a separate update error with a different root cause. It should be tracked separately, and fortunately, it already is: https://invent.kde.org/kde-linux/kde-linux/-/issues/249
