STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Have several monitors (tested with 3) 2. Right click on desktop 3. Open "Display Configuration" 4. Click on "Change Screen Priorities" 5. Observe the priorities OBSERVED RESULT The panel / task bar is on the lowest priority screen EXPECTED RESULT The panel / task bar should be on the primary screen, at top of the priority list SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS OS: KDE neon User Edition x86_64 Host: B650 GAMING X AX V2 Kernel: 6.11.0-29-generic Packages: 2027 (dpkg) Shell: bash 5.2.21 DE: Plasma 6.4.1
>The panel / task bar should be on the primary screen, at top of the priority list If you have the panel set on the 3rd priority screen and it stays on the 3rd priority screen that is working as intended. You can move the panel to the primary screen via edit mode -> manage panels

Was unaware of this edit possibility and just saw my panel move around with the priorities. Thanks :)
