I'm experiencing a recurring issue on my PC where multiple programs hang or freeze temporarily. They become unresponsive until I click on a different open program or window, which seems to "unblock" or refresh them. It's like they need an external nudge to continue working. This happens frequently and affects productivity.

When I try to open a program in the taskbar, it does not open. Then I open another one, and only then, I can open the first one.
