Cmake log showing missing dependency

SUMMARY
As of now, workspace builds fail because union is missing a library - https://invent.kde.org/libraries/cxx-rust-cssparser/

The fedora package rust-cssparser-devel is not included in "kde-builder --install-distro-packages" and it doesn't have the CMake files either.

Installing it using "kde-builder cxx-rust-cssparser" before running "kde-builder workspace" fixes this. Error log attached.
