SUMMARY
The PC does not boot after upgrade to kernel  linux-image-6.11.0-28-generic

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Upgrade kernel to linux-image-6.11.0-28-generic
2. Try to boot the computer

OBSERVED RESULT
The monitor shows the message not signal. The PC not responds, nor to change a terminal using alt-F3, nothing

EXPECTED RESULT
Computer boots and show the login screen

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon User Edition 24.04 Noble
KDE Plasma Version:  6.4.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hardware CPU AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core, video,  AMD Radeon RX 7600 Motherboard Asus TUF B650. I tried with AMD amdgpu drivers and mesa ones.

I can not find any info in boot.log nor with journald logs. The failed boot logs are not recorded and cannot be viewed when booting with the old kernel.

This bug report is not valid, I solved it by removing a module I had manually compiled whose code was no longer up to date.
