SUMMARY
Dolphin scales icons incorrectly when moving it between displays with different scaling factors

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin
2. Move its window to a display with a different scaling factor
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphins file icons are now too small or too large. This appears to be a regression, it did not happen in the past. The icon sizes can be corrected by refreshing the view. 

EXPECTED RESULT
The icons should be rescaled automatically.

Deleting ~/.config/dolphinrc appears to have fixed it. Marking as resolved for now.
