SUMMARY
KDE Connect uses the languice of the regional format(e.g Turkish if the regional format is Turkish(Turkey) ) instead of the display languice selected in windows settings

(this might be present in kde in general but not sure)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Install windows in one languice (e.g English(US))
2.  Change your regional format in the windows control panel to one from a country that speaks a different languice(e.g Turkish)
3. Install KDE Connect

OBSERVED RESULT
App UI is in Turkish

EXPECTED RESULT
App UI is in English
