Wobbly windows animation settings

SUMMARY
I was playing around with the wobbly windows (having a lot of fun), but when moving the window from one monitor to another, the program was bugging out and the window started spastically moving all over the place.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use settings as shown in attachment
2. Move Windows from one monitor to the other

OBSERVED RESULT
https://youtu.be/3snVSlPjpz4

EXPECTED RESULT
The Window wobbles as if moving it within 1 monitor.
