SUMMARY
When doing Window Capture using OBS, the window freeze after moving to other virtual desktop

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open OBS Flatpak/Native
2. Create Screen Capture (Pipewire)
3. Select Window That i want to capture (ex: Firefox)
4. Put Firefox in any virtual desktop and OBS in other virtual desktop
5. Go to firefox virtual desktop then move to OBS virtual desktop
6. The Firefox Window Capture will look paused/stop 

OBSERVED RESULT
The Firefox Window Capture will look paused/stop 

EXPECTED RESULT
The Firefox Window Capture will not paused/stop

The issue still persists in Plasma 6.4.1

I can't reproduce this in git master, so I assume it's fixed. If you can still reproduce it in Plasma 6.6+, just reopen this
