SUMMARY
Menu Action and Tools are not responding in KDE Address Book. I cannot import contacts, for instance.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KAddressBook.
2. Click on menu Action or Tools.
3. Those options do not work. When I click on them, nothing happens.

OBSERVED RESULT
Menu options do not work on mouse hoover or click.

EXPECTED RESULT
All Menu options like Action and Tools should work.
