Description Fernando M. Muniz 2025-06-23 12:57:40 UTC
As far as I'm aware, there's no UI for importing/exporting KDE system settings which:
1- Doesn't save hardware dependant settings, such as resolution and refresh rates.
2- Only saves the settings the user changed, in order to not affect new system defaults.
3- Contains the Panel, Desktop, and Dolphin settings, since they're essential.
4- Stores all of it in a single file anywhere you want, so it's easy to move it to a pendrive or cloud afterwards.

Well there's no export UI at all right now; that's tracked by 240862, so this is a duplicate. Feel free to mention some of your ideas in there.
