SUMMARY
The On Screen Notifications (not system/application notification toaster. the one that shows on the middle of the screen with a percent bar) are not showing.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install KDE on wayland.
2. Change volume or brightness.

OBSERVED RESULT
Volume change (hear beep, volume is louder/softer), Brightness change visibly fine. No user feedback of any kind is shown.

EXPECTED RESULT
the same On screen display (OSD) notification I see on x11.
