SUMMARY
All links on the home page no longer function. This prevents quickly navigating to accounts, categories, etc. and also prevents entering scheduled payments. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on any link on `Home` tab

OBSERVED RESULT
The link never opens to the expected page.

EXPECTED RESULT
The link navigates to the appropriate page.
