Dialog for file associations.

SUMMARY
On hyprland, and possibly other DEs that are not Plasma, file associations in Dolphin are not remembered. When selecting a program to open a file, and asking Dolphin to remember the choice, this prompt still appears every time.

In addition, the dialog for this is old and not using the new updated one (see attached).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use a DE distinct from Plasma, with Dolphin.
2. Attempt to open any multimedia file (such as mp4, jpg, mp3).
3. Choose a file to open with, and ask Dolphin to remember it.
4. Try to open the file again in Dolphin.

OBSERVED RESULT
The file should open with no dialog.

EXPECTED RESULT
The dialog appears, asking for a program to open the file with again.
