SUMMARY
When first opening the Users module, the "Change password" button text has a rendering glitch. This reminds me 479891 with the difference that the issue is reversible.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Select "Users"

OBSERVED RESULT
"Change password" button has bad rendering. Hovering over it with the mouse triggers a redraw and fixes the appearance, but the glitch reappears if one switches to another module, and then back to "Users".

EXPECTED RESULT
Everything is rendered normally in the first place.
