SUMMARY
When I start my Fedora, I open the Discover but when I close it the software don't open anymore

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start OS
2. Open and close Discover
3. Try to open again (the error happens here)

OBSERVED RESULT
I cannot install applications and it impact my usage

EXPECTED RESULT
I need to close and open it again whenever I want

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 
macOS: 
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 42
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0
Qt Version: 6.9.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
In attachment I have some logs, I've tried to execute the cmd's bellow:

plasma-discover --backends packagekit-backend,flatpak-backend
pkill plasma-discover

Can you please run discover from a terminal and gather all the output into a file.

In a new terminal tab, run discover again and gather the output of that into a different file.

Please attach both files.

I have openned via terminal as root but I cant open on my normal user

Root: ~> sudo plasma-discover
Normal user: ~> plasma-discover

As normal user I mean my actual user
