Created attachment 182451 [details] A screenshot showing the problem SUMMARY I am using a dark colored Breeze Desktop theme with Oxygen icons. It has an appearance issue: The Bluetooth icon in the systray is almost invisible when Bluetooth is disabled. It shows up well when Bluetooth is enabled. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Set Global Design Breeze Dark 2. Set Icon Theme to Oxygen 3. Make sure bluetooth is shown in the systray, but turned off. OBSERVED RESULT bt-dark.png shows a screenshot of the systray area. If you look very closely you see the bluetooth icon, so it is not missing. EXPECTED RESULT The Bluetooth icon should use a lighter tone of grey when it is disabled, but distinct from the white color when enabled. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: Gentoo, with stable KDE versions KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.5 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0 Qt Version: 6.8.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION network-bluetooth-inactive-symbolic.svg has the following color specification for the icon in line 23: style="fill:#31363b;opacity:0.4" . Judging by the other bluetooth icons, this should be fill:currentColor;opacity:0.4. Making this change fixes the bug; I'll try to submit a merge request in the next days.

Thank you so much, you even found the cause... Will fix it tomorrow
I submitted https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/oxygen-icons/-/merge_requests/18 . I also checked that it works as intended with a light color theme.
