Are you using a custom icon theme? I can't reproduce it on Breeze Icons, but I know this is a real issue because Haiku runs into the same issue

Yes I am, I was using Papirus-Dark icons and tried switching temporarily to Breeze Dark icons, then switching session but it is still happening

Noticed that changing the Plasma application style setting to be anything else than Breeze causes the issue to manifest. I was using Adwaita-HighContrastInverse before changing the style to Breeze.
