SUMMARY
When you have many animations installed for a specific animation type, for example: when you have Burn-My-Windows installed the "Window open/close" will have many animation choices, and scrolling it is very buggy as seen on the video I attached.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Burn-My-Windows.
2. Open System Settings and go to the animations tab.
3. Try to scroll the "Window open/close" dialog.

OBSERVED RESULT
Scrolling is very buggy and it's difficult to pick the animation I want.

EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling should be normal.
