In the Processes tab, after right-clicking any process and then left-clicking anywhere else to close the menu, it's possible to briefly see the options changing from gray to white (meaning click-able) and seeing "Quit 0 Applications".

This exists when dismissing the right-click menu in the Applications tab as well. All menu items for the menu for "Background Services" are disabled / greyed-out, but when dismissing the menu two become active / enabled: "Send Signal" and "Quit Application" (also becoming "Quit 0 Applications"). The problem does not exist for the topmost menu entry, "Set priority..." which remains disabled with the same text.
