6. At some point, observe that all icons are missing from the Waydroid section of the Launcher Menu.
7. Continue using the computer and periodically checking the Waydroid section of the Launcher Menu.
8. At some point, observe that all icons have bee restored to the Waydroid section of the Launcher Menu.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Thank you for the bug report! Please see if this still happens with Plasma 6.4; we fixed some issues with category entries disappearing until you switch back and forth in response to system changes. This might be the same issue (the symptoms look the same), so it might already be fixed. If it still happens in 6.4 once that arrives in your distribution, please add a comment to that effect and set the status back to REPORTED.

Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, I decided to switch to Fedora
Silverblue. Configuration of the Gnome desktop environment is adequately
flexible to meet my needs and, as a longtime Chromebook user, I was already
somewhat familiar with a somewhat similar DE. Gnome elegantly resolves all
of the challenges that the Plasma DE presented. Please close the bug report.

Please close this bug report. I have a personal workaround and don't wish
to pursue a full solution.

You can close bugs yourself, but I'll do it now for you.
